Details of Manager, Financial Analytics Career Opportunity for MIS Divisio Job

According to Al Arafah website:

1. Provide support for the managerial enterprise resource planning support and enhancement effort. Ensure that the managerial ERP supports best in class financial analytics. Involvement extends to planning and executing detail level activities including decomposition of return calculations, reconciling financial results, evaluating complicated PL/SQL scripts, defining enhanced reporting and dashboards, ensuring optimal supporting processes, and documenting data and process flows.

2. Help define system and process pain points, document and analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities. Assist in formulating recommendations, developing solutions and executing on recommendations. Work to resolve issues, encouraging a diversity of opinions while lending expertise to implement changes/solutions. Adapt to changing environments by constantly re-evaluating department processes, technology, structure, and procedures to ensure that best practices are in place.

3. Develop a broad understanding of Banks strategy and business, and the systems within the Bank. Understand operating processes, assess current effectiveness, and provide thought leadership / recommendations on how to optimize current systems and processes in order to achieve Bank’s objectives. Articulate findings and make recommendations.4. Support by preparing ad hoc reports and analysis as directed.

5. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Designing, developing, analyzing and implementing business analytical solutions in an enterprise environment.
Collaborates with business users to design and develop Business Requirements and implement appropriate technical solutions as part of enterprise analytical solutions.
Provide technical expertise on overall architecture and strategy of the current Oracle systems.
Produce technical documentation in accordance with SDLC guidelines.
