all about PAT physical ability testIn issb a new topic added that is called PAT(physical Ability Test) .It happened in the 4th day of issb .It is very similer to Io test.it has 5/6 parts like:
1. 10 reach up 2. 3 chin up
3. long jump
4. Burma bridge
5. Ladder passing
6.40 meter run etc.
That part is not compulsory in many bords pat didn't take place.so don't panic. All the best.May Allah bless us all.
