Educational Requirements:

M.Sc / MA from any recognised university with
all first class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic
examinations

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in research and / or development implementation
|
Additional Job Requirements:

- Good understanding of the principle of impact assessment / evaluation and development sector
- Skills on team cohesion and analysis of
data both qualitative and quantitative with identifying relevant
research questions and able to operate Excel, SPSS or STATA
- Competencies to mobilise people and resources to deliver the task in timely manner
