Job Description/Responsibilities:

Develop the implementation of BRAC development interventions and pursuing for inclusive development through operational research

Assess impact of BRAC development interventions and estimate value for money through internal studies for implementation by external scholars and eminent academic institutions

Extend the frontier of knowledge in subjects of BRAC interest through internal publication of reports, monographs and articles in peer reviewed journals

Disseminate study findings by taking part in seminar and symposium both nationally and internationally

Organise different national and international training events for capacity developmen.

Educational Requirements:
M.Sc / MA from any recognised university with all first class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
*Experience Requirements:*
Minimum 2 years of experience in research and / or development implementation
Additional Job Requirements:
Good understanding of the principle of impact assessment / evaluation and development sector Skills on team cohesion and analysis of data both qualitative and quantitative with identifying relevant research questions and able to operate Excel, SPSS or STATA Competencies to mobilise people and resources to deliver the task in timely manner
Age Range: Maximum 32 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
