customers. The Bank is looking for a highly experienced, skillful, creative and
self-motivated individual to fill in the position of Head of Corporate Banking
Division (SVP/EVP).

ResponsibilIties:
The
ideal candidate will have to supervise, manage and monitor the overall
activities of the Division, control the key functional areas of Corporate
Banking, Project finance, NBFls finance, Syndication and club finance. 5/he
shall formulate strategies, policies to facilitate smooth functioning of the
Division, ensure meticulous compliance with Credit Policy, Foreign Exchange
Regulations, Circulars of Bangladesh Bank and all other rules and regulations
issued/circulated by the regulatory authorities from time to time.
Academic Qualifications and Experience:
•
Candidate must be an MBA/Post Graduate from a reputed university having no 3rd
Division/Class.
•
Minimum 17)20 years experience includIng 8/10 years
working experience as Head/Deputy Head of Corporate Banking Division in
any reputed commercial bank with adequate knowledge in respective areas and be
conversant with the rules and regulations of relevant regulatory authorities.
•
Should have sound understanding of corporate banking, wide exposure in
relationship management with large Corporate Clients/Financial Institutions and
exceptional track records with excellent management, leadership skills and a
positive attitude to inspire his/her team members to excel further.
Competencies
Candidates
must have excellent Interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in
English and working knowledge of computer applications. ;1
Age: Age
not over 50 years as on August 31,2015.
